- Description
My client is a growth aircraft lessor with strong shareholder backing and is currently looking for a VP Financial Reporting.
Responsibilities
- Manage the review and preparation of consolidated and monthly management accounts
- Preparation of financial information and analysis, including summaries of quarterly performance
- Analyse financial information to identify trends and variances to budget
- Identify innovative tax structures in conjunction with tax advisors
- supporting external and internal reports and presentations
- Assist with process improvement and system implementation
- Lead the financial reporting to prepare and deliver financial reports to the CFO
- Develop a high performing finance team
- Take responsibility for revenue and cost management
- Work with internal commercial teams on commercial transactions
- Assist with managing risk and manage the year-end audit process
- Prepare all year-end financial statements
Experience
- 7+ years PQE
- Aircraft leasing experience
- Strong cashflow forecasting/ modeling experience
- A relevant degree plus either ACA or ACCA qualified
- People management/coaching experience
- Experienced working in a fast-paced multicultural environment
