- Description
Responsibilities:
- Dealing with HR related inquiries from employees and manager via phone and a case management system.
- Working to resolve inquiries against agreed service level agreements.
- Accurately maintain and update data to ensure accurate HR records
- Partner with other teams on a day to day and project basis.
- Assist new candidates with their onboarding experience and ensure they are ready for their first day
- Assist with the successful completion of background checks for new employees.
Requirement
- The ability to work in a fast paced environment
- You must have excellent customer focus and the ability to prioritise tasks
- At least two years previous HR experience preferably from a large corporate environment
- Degree in HR or related discipline
- French or Italian would be an advantage but not essential.
