Description

Responsibilities:


  • Commercial analysis on big-ticket transactions
  • Develop and maintain the integrity of the financial reporting process and controls
  • Preparation of financial reporting at quarter and year ends
  • Preparation of financial information and analysis, including summaries of quarterly performance
  • Ownership of credit provisioning models
  • Liaise with the global commercial teams for commercial transactions
  • Liaise with auditors

    • Requirements:


  • Experienced working in a fast-paced multicultural environment
  • Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA)
  • 5-10 years experience
  • Strong technical accounting knowledge - US GAAP / IFRS
  • Financial modelling a plus
  • Financial reporting or corporate reporting experience
  • SEC-registered company experience an advantage
