- Description
- Provides coaching and advice to managers on performance management and corrective action processes enabling them to implement efficient performance improvement processes which are consistent across business entities (Performance Management, Absence and conduct issues and disciplinary)
- Supporting and participate in projects
- Coordinate documentation changes throughout the employee life cycle
- Maintain systems eg. SalesForce, Workday, Network Folders etc.
- Deliver presentations, training and materials to support internal HR programmes and initiatives
- Maintain and update data to ensure accurate employee records, reporting and compliance
- Review of employee documentation and general HR administration support
Requirements
- At least three years HR experience from within a large corporate environment
- HR Diploma or Degree preferably with CIPD membership
- Comprehensive knowledge and understanding of Irish employment legislation, its interpretation and implementation, and of employment practices
- Ability to deliver on multiple projects against tight deadlines and coordinate activities of projects
- Broad HR generalist knowledge with an ability to multitask
- Skilled and passionate about coaching and developing manager capabilities
- Skilled at using effective listening, probing and investigatory skills
- Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-cultural, global organization and to build strong trust-based relationships with remote client groups and colleagues.
