- Description
We are looking for a person with strong aircraft leasing contract management experience to become part of a global Legal team.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with monitoring lease compliance and execution of lease terms
- Manage a portfolio of contracts with airline customers
- Responsible for all aspects of the contracts administration process
- Manage rent and overdue interest calculation and invoicing, collection, debt service, security deposit and letters of credit management
- Management of maintenance reserve process
- Responsible for the management of receivables, outstanding payments, and funds throughout the lease term
- Ensure all contract and lease documentation is captured and updated in the company’s corporate management system
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Law or a relevant discipline
- 3+ years' relevant contracts or asset management, compliance or company secretarial experience within aviation
- Aircraft leasing experience
- Excellent organisation experience, with great attention to detail
- Ability to create and maintain relationships with customers
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment
