My client a leading financial services asset finance organisation is seeking an experienced asset finance underwriter to join their Dublin team.
Responsibilities
- Analysis of customers creditworthiness
- Risk evaluation of the deal structure
- Full compliance with all risk policies and updates
- Develop solutions to mitigate risk
- Teamwork with other groups
- Portfolio monitoring
- Risk reporting
- Organise and maintain credit files
Requirements
- At least 5 years' experience in credit risk/underwriting from the asset finance area
- Experience of personal underwriting authority for new business
- Track record of successful credit underwriting
- Detailed understanding of financial statements and the ability to interpret them
- Experience in AML and compliance/regulatory tasks
