- Description
My client a major aircraft leasing company requires a cash allocation/ accounts receivable specialist to work in their Accounting team. An initial contract to the end of the year will be offered.
This is a great opportunity to join a very dynamic and exciting organisation.
Main Responsibilities:
- Post cash receipts from customers and book related accounting entries.
- Allocate receipts to open invoices
- Liaise with other departments to document the relevant information on the status of customer accounts
- Reconcile AR and bank accounts
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years’ experience with entering and allocating receipts from customers in a high volume multinational company
- Good knowledge of MS Office and MS Excel
- Bank reconciliation experience is advantage but not essential.
