- Description
This position provides temporary support for the deployment of a Applicant Tracking System (ATS) enhancements & changes. The project will run approximately 6 months and the work will be done virtually.
You will perform various tasks, like resolving systems issues, process questions and ongoing support for established ATS and Onboarding. You may be tasked with managing enhancement queue, schedule and deliver training sessions, updated support material, along with administrative duties, like maintaining project documentation and project reporting. To succeed in this role, you should have excellent time management and communication skills, as you’ll collaborate with clients and internal teams to deliver results on deadlines.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate project activities, resources, and information from within Talent Acquisition
- Break project deliverables into doable actions and set timeframes
- Liaise with team members to assist in tracking completion of tasks and deliverables
- Complete User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
- Monitor project progress and raise any issues that arise
- Create and maintain documentation, plans and reports
- Collaborate with key internal stakeholders and management to ensure timely completion of tasks
- Review and complete internal audits
- Support other team members’ work when they are out of office
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree or 3-5 years related work experience
- 3 + years of talent acquisition/recruiting experience ( preferably in a global company)
- Experience with Workday HRIS
- Experience with Workday Recruit ATS
- Must be able to work with minimal supervision and prioritize multiple deliverables
- Highly capable as an individual contributor, at the same time comfortable being an engaged team membe
- Strong communication skills, ability to summarize findings clearly and concisely.
- Good skills in MS Excel and PowerPoint
- Deadline-oriented, with strong multitasking and prioritization skills
- Agile in thinking and ability to progress multiple priorities
- Computer competency with Microsoft Office products
- Energetic self-starter, strong work ethic, and integrity
- Available for occasional weekend work in order to support updates; after hours work in order to support time zones
- Ability to maintain highest level of confidentiality
- An ability to quickly adapt to rapidly changing environments
