Aircraft Leasing Legal Counsel
My client is an aircraft lessor which is looking to expand their legal team. This is an excellent opportunity to join a growth lessor.
Responsibilities
- Deliver in-house legal advice, management, guidance and support to the company in the execution and administration of aircraft acquisitions and sales, aircraft operating leases, engine leasing transactions and associated finance transactions
- Support the General Counsel in the provision of legal advice regarding compliance and transaction structuring
- Manage relationships with external legal advisors
- Manage transactions from start to finish
Skills & Experience
- Law degree, with a minimum of 3-8 years PQE with aircraft leasing experience
- Proven negotiation skills
- Aircraft leasing experience, either in-house or from practice
- Experience managing lease negotiations
