Aircraft Leasing Executive Search Recruitment Consultant

We recruit globally and provide a personalised and highly confidential service to our clients and candidates. We are currently hiring an aircraft leasing executive search recruitment consultant to join our experienced team. We can accommodate people who would like a remote working role anywhere in Ireland.
Responsibilities:- Partner with clients to get a clear view on their recruitment needs
- Devise and implement a targeted search strategy
- Carry our extensive research into client’s company, competitors and niche marketplace
- Track, network with and identify prospective candidates using a variety of channels
- Assess candidates to ensure qualification match, cultural fit and skills compatibility
- Conduct confidential interviews and screenings
- Present shortlisted candidates and provide detailed profile summaries to clients
- Offer guidance and facilitate the negotiation process through to its completion
- Follow up with clients and assist with candidate onboarding process where required
- Research and develop recruiting leads
- Network and build long-lasting client relationships based on trust
Requirements:- Degree in a relevant field
- Proven work experience in aircraft leasing/recruitment/account management or similar corporate area
- Effective negotiation, influencing and communication skills
- Highly organised, detail-oriented with strong integrity
- Experience dealing with confidential information
- Client focus and strong relationship building skills
- Team player mentality, enthusiastic, strong work ethic and a positive attitude are essential
- Ability to work at pace and to be culturally aware
- Excellent PC, internet and researching experience
