- Description
Responsibilities:
- Provide document and transaction support to the legal team
- Structuring and drafting of various legal documentation and agreements such as lease amendments, side letters, conditions precedent and corporate approvals
- Draft documents supporting lease contracts, restructuring agreements and warranties
- Manage the closing of sales - oversee all necessary documentation is delivered and completed
- Support internal departments in all transactional processes
- Ensure that all transactional documentation is provided, completed and filed accurately and accordingly
- Draft and oversee such documents as leases, contracts, letters etc
- Ensure that all documents are safely and accessibly filed and organised according to company procedure
- Principal coordinator for Letters of Credit in accordance with detailed documented procedures
- Manage relationships with customers, banks, external counsel and various internal Departments
