GKR is a market leading search firm, specialising in the aircraft leasing and aviation finance sectors. We have been in business for over 20 years and have an unrivalled network of long-term candidates and clients. Due to continued success, we are looking to hire an Executive Search Researcher to join the team.


The Role
After an initial training period where you will have a chance to understand the work we do, your key responsibilities will include:


  • Research. You will be using internal and external sources of information to find the best candidates for our clients open vacancies.
  • Shortlisting. Help prepare a shortlist of suitable candidates to present to the client. Prepare all necessary materials using Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc.
  • Interviews. Assisting Consultants, you will identify key issues ahead of meetings or interviews, prepare necessary documentation, help oversee candidates pre and post interview. Assist with interview scheduling and client availability across global locations. Make sure the interview process is going as planned, gather feedback and help clients, candidates or consultants where required.
  • Presentations. Assist in the preparation of client proposals ensuring the presented information is up to date and a high quality of all materials.



  • Requirements


  • We are looking for individuals who have the ambition to be the best in their field, who have high levels of drive and a commitment to excellent delivery.
  • You will be solutions focussed and self-accountable, feeling comfortable working independently or as part of a team.
  • You will have experience in successfully conducting research for executive search or similar experience and be able to build relationships and rapport with senior stakeholders.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • A degree in a relevant field.
  • At least 5 years work experience in a commercial, corporate environment.
  • Have a high level of initiative and an ability to work without close supervision.
  • Be a quick learner about company and sector.
  • Have good computer skills (MS Office and Database Operations).


  • This position will be mainly working from home and can be located anywhere in Ireland.
