We are currently hiring an aircraft leasing recruitment coordinator to join our experienced team. We can accommodate people who would like a remote working role anywhere in Ireland.
Responsibilities:
- Utilise social media, LinkedIn and a variety of other platforms to research and to source excellent candidates
- Administrative duties such as screening emails and phone-calls, preparation of client presentations
- Marketing and advertising vacancies
- Networking with potential candidates and screening for role suitability
- Uploading, screening and formatting CVs for client review
- Arranging face to face and online interviews globally
- Ad-hoc duties to support the recruitment process as required
- Researching the market for latest trends and developments
Requirements:
- Proven track record as a co-ordinator/recruitment/executive assistant
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications and good IT skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritise projects
- Highly organised and detail-oriented
- Team player mentality, enthusiastic, strong work ethic and a positive attitude are essential
- Ability to work at pace and culturally aware
