- Description
We are recruiting a Senior Tax Manager to join a well-respected aircraft leasing company in Dublin city centre. The successful candidate will be responsible for the management of a broad range of tax-related matters.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for structuring and implementation of both Irish and international tax provisions
- Responsibility for accurate completion and filing of all corporation tax returns and tax payments
- Act as the tax representative on complex deals
- Provide tax support and advice to other internal departments through deal team involvement
- Ensure the most tax efficient structure is utilised in all aircraft transactions
- Take a lead in identifying tax risks within the Group
- Lead the management of tax compliance in the Group
- Manage relationships with relevant tax authorities
Requirements:
- 3+ years PQE, ideally with aviation finance/aircraft leasing experience
- Experience managing tax related matters for complex transactions
- Qualified Accountant or tax professional
