A major aircraft leasing company is recruiting an Accounts Payable Assistant to join their team in Dublin city centre on a 12-month contract.

Responsibilities will include processing all invoices from receipt of payment of supplier, managing invoice matching, managing supplier relationships and managing the VAT return process for multiple jurisdictions.

Responsibilities include managing the day to day accounting activities of the Group, preparing Annual Statutory Financial Statements, preparing annual budgets and liaising with auditors and coordinating the annual budget.

Responsibilities include monitoring the risk profile of lessees and the economic environment in relation to airline profitability, analysing existing customers to ensure that the relationship performs, representing the risk and deal teams to discuss the suitability of new transactions and assisting with risk assessment reports.
