A growing aircraft leasing company is looking for a Senior Technical Manager to join their team in Dublin. 

Responsibilities will include coordinating and managing technical resources for aircraft deliveries and acquisitions, participating in lease negotiations and using expertise to streamline efficiencies within the technical department.

Candidates must have a bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Aeronautics or be a licensed engineer with 10 years technical aviation experience. They must also have the ability to manage a team and provide mentorship.

A market-leading aircraft leasing company is looking for a Senior Treasury professional to join their expanding team. 

Responsibilities include leading hedge accounting transactions, maintaining and managing the treasury management system and contributing to the balance sheet management objectives of the company.

Candidates must have 10 years’ experience as a Treasury professional, a proven track record in project management and knowledge or the aviation industry or aircraft leasing is desirable.

A leading aircraft leasing client is looking for a Senior Legal Counsel to join their growing team in Dublin.

Responsibilities will include leading negotiations with airlines, financiers, banks and operating lessors, reviewing and preparing documentation and managing and negotiating execution costs for high profile aviation transactions.

Candidates must have a minimum of 5 years PQE in an aircraft leasing company or an aviation law firm.

 5. Aircraft leasing Technical Director – Hong Kong

An aircraft leasing client is looking for an experienced Technical Director to join their team in Hong Kong.

Responsibilities will include negotiating lease conditions with lessees, providing technical input to lease extensions, sale documents & LOI’s and managing onsite technical consultants.

Candidates must have a relevant bachelor’s degree in engineering or business, previous experience managing aircraft deliveries and transitions and 8 years technical experience.

Last week, our Managing Director, Garret, attended the ISTAT EMEA conference in Berlin. This year’s conference was held at the InterContinental Hotel and was the largest ISTAT conference to date, featuring a range of fantastic presentations from aviation industry professionals.

The conference was a chance for the GKR team to gain a deeper understanding into the latest trends in the aviation industry such as its impact on the environment, learn about new technology in the industry and network with representatives from the companies we work with every day. It also was a great opportunity to meet potential clients and candidates for GKR.
