Our client is a leading player in commercial aircraft leasing and financing. They are looking for an Office manager on a temporary, part-time basis.
Responsibilities:
- Travel booking and arrangement
- Managing front of office
- Manage suppliers and assist with planning corporate events
- Assisting with diary management
- Ad hoc duties as required
Experience:
- Strong administration or executive assistant experience
- Fluent English and outstanding communication skills
- Aviation experience a plus
- Highly organised and proficient in using Microsoft Office programs.
