Title: Engine Leasing Sales and Operations Support Manager APAC/MEA
Location: Singapore
Our client: Our client is a major Engine leasing company based in Ireland. With extensive growth plans and opportunities across the business, they are welcoming applications for a Marketing and Ops Support Specialist to join their Singapore-based team.
The opportunity: We are seeking a dynamic individual to bridge sales support, operations, and administrative functions across the APAC/MEA regions. You will spearhead the development of cutting-edge business methodologies, ensuring efficient internal and external engagements. Your role is pivotal in nurturing our brand and business on a global scale through meticulous customer account management and strategic financial operations.
Core Responsibilities:
- Drive sales strategies alongside the Marketing Director to meet our objectives.
- Facilitate effective communication and resource allocation within Deal Teams to optimise opportunity execution.
- Lead in crafting transaction approval documents, ensuring streamlined processes.
- Engage in proactive customer communications for invoice management and timely collections.
- Collaborate on credit and risk management strategies, including reporting and compliance activities.
- Support marketing and communications with impactful presentations and customer engagement initiatives.
Additional Duties:
- Handle telephone/fax communications, welcome visitors, and manage travel and accommodation bookings.
- Oversee office financials, equipment maintenance, and stationary supplies, among other administrative tasks.
Qualifications and preferred attributes:
- Singaporean permanent residency is required.
- A minimum of 5 years in aviation sales, finance, or customer support.
- Proficient in English, with exemplary interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability in project management and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- A proactive, creative problem solver who can be flexible beyond regular hours.
- Degree in Business, Finance, or Engineering.
- Familiarity with Engine or Aircraft leasing processes and procedures.
- Global market experience with strong communication and organisational skills.
- A team player capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
