My client is a leading aircraft leasing firm which is recruiting for an AVP Powerplant to join their team. Reporting to the CTO, this is an excellent opportunity to join a high-performing team.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee engine maintenance, repair, and overhaul events.
- Manage powerplant technical matters for leased aircraft and engines.
- Develop MRO strategies, maintenance reserve rates, and forecasting tools.
- Support engine acquisitions, disposals, and lifecycle management.
- Build and maintain relationships with OEMs, MROs, and airline clients.
Requirements:
- Degree in Aeronautical or Mechanical Engineering.
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in aircraft or engine leasing, maintenance, or related fields.
- Strong technical and commercial acumen, with proven project management skills.
- Ability to travel
